The 25-year-old Alex Fine, the former college athlete who likes to ride bulls in his free time, is high in demand with the celebrities. He is the health director at Hemp Hydrate and also creates nutrition and fitness programs for A-list Hollywood stars and athletes. His success does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon, and he has plans of becoming a producer of documentaries and movies.
The reason behind his quick success is that he loves his job as the majority of his clients are his friends. He prefers not to work with someone with whom he does not want to spend his time. Even though it has taken him a while to reach the point where he has started loving his job, he is happy that he is finally there. Here is an inside scoop on Alex Fine’s life as a celebrity trainer.
He Loves To Travel And Explore New Cultures
In an interview, Alex revealed that he wants to travel somewhere new and unique. He desires to explore a different culture from America and also wants to try cool new things like knife fighting, which is a part of Japanese culture. Visiting Sri Lanka or orca swimming in Norway is at the top of his travel bucket list as well.
Social Media Does Not Play A Huge Role In His Professional Life
Alex has admitted that social media usually lands him opportunities with the media industry but, when it comes to his work as a trainer, his clients come from word of mouth.
Majority of his clients come from being referred by his existing clientele. He has never been contacted for a training session via Instagram, which seems to be true since he rarely ever posts any instructional workout video on his Instagram account. He further admitted that he does not use this platform as a tool to expand his business.
Hard Workers Inspire Him
According to him, he has respect for everyone but there is no one specifically in his field who he admires. He only looks up to hard-working people who are around him, which includes his friends, family, or even some of his clients. According to him, Peter Berg is the hardest working person that he knows.
Peter not only appears in movies but has also appeared in a ton of commercials, documentaries, and TV shows. Alex admires him because he never stops working even if he is super successful, which motivates Alex to push himself even further no matter how successful he becomes.
He Keeps His Gym Bag Simple But Fully Stocked
His house is his wellness center where all his clients come to get in a good workout session; hence, he does not need to carry a gym bag. Even if he has to go to the gym, then he keeps it simple with an extra pair of socks, and extra clothes, Hemp Seed water, a protein drink, Tracie Martyn face wash, and man body wipes.
Alex’s Celery Juice Is Quite Famous
The celebrity trainer keeps his diet simple and detoxes himself with his famous celery juice. He recommends adding only ice to celery juice and chugging it down first thing in the morning. This juice has really helped him in maintaining his health considering the fact that he has broken approximately forty bones and has arthritis at the young age of 25.
His Advice For Beginners
Alex suggests that beginners should avoid hiring a trainer right after having only started working out for the first time unless of course, you wish to see a change in the way you look as fast as possible.
He further adds that if you are going to subscribe to a trainer, then you should go with a really good one because there are plenty of incompetent trainers in the field. However, if there are no deadlines of how soon you want to see change within yourself, and you are looking for a change in your lifestyle, then Alex recommends going on long walks.
Tips on Motivating Yourself
Alex believes that motivation plays a huge role in being successful. According to him, nothing works better than self-motivation. Keep setting smart and realistic goals to achieve within months, weeks or a year and maintain a laser focus throughout.
