Whenever celebrities reveal that they are in a relationship with someone new, everyone wants to get as many details as they can. This is precisely what happened when singer Ariana Grande was first spotted with comedian Pete Davidson after the pair broke up with their respective partners at that time.
They may seem young and may have gone on too fast ahead of their relationship, they seem to be enjoying each other’s company and are actually engaged. Their most recent cute moment was during Ariana’s birthday, wherein they have been filmed singing Bring Me To Life together at a karaoke.
Ariana and Pete Timeline
It was in 2014 when the singer and the comedian appeared on Saturday Night Live. It was both their first time on the show, whereas Ariana being the musical guest and Pete was making his debut. Two years later, the two met on the same show after Pete became a part of Ariana’s monologue.
Last May, Ariana confirmed in an Instagram story that she was no longer with Mac Miller, whom she actually dated for two years. Just a few days after this, Pete then confirmed that he as well has broken up with his girlfriend at that time, Cazzie David, whom he also dated for two years.
People started speculating that the two has been hanging out together for quite a while despite the announcement. This is because of their coziness at the BBMA’s just a couple of days they announced their respective breakups.
Their fans have also noticed that the two have gotten matching tattoos, and a few weeks later, the two became official on Instagram. Ariana and Pete shared their nerd side by sharing a photo together on Instagram while both are wearing Harry Potter costumes.
The comedian was then spotted getting some new tattoos, and they are all inspired by Ariana. One behind his ear, which was the iconic bunny mask, and her initials on his fingers. Looks like he didn’t learn his lesson about tattoos still since he had to cover up his ex’s tattoo on his arm just after they broke up.
Some people think it is too soon and too crazy, but some people think it is actually adorable. This is also what people thought when the rumors of the two being engaged went viral.

Just last month, people started speculating that the Ariana and Pete, who has only been dating for two months, are now engaged. It was actually confirmed by the couple themselves when the singer posted a snap of her with a huge rock on her finger.
The comedian also posted a photo on Instagram with their hands intertwined and her ring could be seen. Pete also confirmed that he is officially engaged to the singer when he made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
Pregnancy rumors then started roaming around because of the sudden engagement, but Ariana shut them down on Twitter by saying that she will be when she is ready.
Bring Me To Life Karaoke
The newly engaged couple seemed to be having a great time with one another. Especially just recently when they celebrated the singer’s 25th birthday at a karaoke with some of their friends and family.
The karaoke birthday party was said to consist of only two dozen people, including Ariana’s brother Frankie Grande and her mom Joan Grand. The Party was at the private Lyric Lounge at the Frames Bowling Lounge.
Her friend Doug Middlebrook was the one who posted some snaps and videos of the couple singing their heart out to the 2003 hit song “Bring Me To Life,” Ariana sang Amy Lee’s parts and her fiancé performed the rap parts of the song. This is known to have become one of the most popular songs of all time, especially on karaoke.

Middlebrook wrote on his Instagram stories how some kids often have therapists and that there are some others who simply have songs on their CDs referring to how the couple connected to each other via songs. The comedian was also reported to have nailed his karaoke performance singing Eminem’s Superman, whereas the singer belted out her karaoke rendition of “Love On Top” by Beyoncé.
